Quality at Work
Management is readily available to our drilling crew for mentoring and trouble shooting and to our clients 24/7.
Providing accurate and timely information to our clients is an integral part of what we do. We partner with CorePlan to provide high quality digital plods and accurate cost reports. Increasingly we use this flexible platform for on-site inspections and audits.
Quality Training
Every experienced diamond driller started off as a new offsider. At West Core Drilling we aim to facilitate this progression with on the job training supplemented by training through RTOs.
A new offsider with West Core will experience first aid, 4WD and HR driver training in the first few months, followed by commencement of their Certificate II journey, progressing to Certificate III with increasing experience.
Our experienced drillers have the opportunity to continue the process of growth and recognition of their increasing skills through Certificate IV. In addition we encourage all our drillers and supervisors to study for and gain the Statutory Supervisors qualification.
